Johnny is not only an attorney who truly cares, you can tell that generally he's a kind and generous person. He's someone who wants to help in any way he can if it's possible and strives to make situations better for all involved. He helped review several contacts when I was faced with making a huge life altering decision. I was able to trust that my best interests were in mind when he was advising and patiently explaining the terms to me. I felt comfortable and confident when I went forward with my decision because he helped me feel like it wasn't just me alone against these huge entities. I'm very grateful for his counsel and would recommend him highly.

Johnny has been the most unprofessional attorney I have ever encountered. He was quick to obtain my payment and neglected to provide adequate communication throughout my case in a timely manner. He lacked organization and continuously asked me send the same financial documents over and over to different people in his office. When I asked for a copy of my own file he had his office block my email and refused to provide me with any of my own paperwork. I was forced to obtain new counsel after SO much time lost with no results. I was informed that Johnny had made SEVERAL mistakes regarding the correct procedural responses on my behalf to the court which caused a huge setback in my case. He also failed to obtain the required documents from the opposing counsel to help me. My current attorney expressed concerned about the lack of representation from The Bardine Law Firm. During mediation session, he failed to provide the correct documents on time and continuously agreed with the opposing counsel because it was just " easier". He failed to gather the adequate data to properly defend me, instead, I defended myself. He is unprofessional and it is clear he lacks knowledge of the law. If this review can help one person from avoiding this man, it was worth my time. He is a scam artist.

Im not a man who brow-beats people and I generally wish Johnny well but this was the worst experience Ive ever had with an attorney. Johnny Bardine was super responsive - until i gave him $2500. He promptly took payment (go figure right), yet 6 months later I was still calling, emailing, etc asking for him to complete the letter and send. After got him to send the letter. The receiving company attorney replied with a Statute stating that they operated in legal authority. Why couldnt Johnny have read the same statute (an obvious statute to read if going to file litigation) and advised before we sent the letter. Why take $2500 of my hard-earned money and then suggest We may wanna leave it alone. Just felt like pure incompetency. So frustrating. I dont have alot of money. Hes a smooth talker that I feel like took advantage of my situation. Worst decision I ever made was to hire Johnny. I would not suggest hiring him.
