I was calling for an appointment. They didn't take my insurance, which is ok now after how short the receptionist was on the phone. Once I'll told her I couldn't afford to pay and then have them reimburse me she said okay and just hung up on me.....Very rude in my opinion...

Dr. Mendoza was excellent, just got new insurance thru work and had an old filling fall out so I needed to find a good dentist near-by quick. Found Dr. Mendoza thru my insurance website and called. They got me in right away even tho I was a new patient. Dr. Mendoza and his assistant (forgot to catch her name, sorry) were very friendly and professional, he communicated with me thru every step he was doing during the repair. They fixed my tooth right away and fixed it right. I am so happy to be pain free again. I will be going back in the future for any dental problems. Thank you both! Mark
