Addington Place at College Harbor

Cannot say enough great things about Addington. Everyone there from the first person you meet to the residents are all so friendly and welcoming. You feel instantly at home and comfortable. All the staff is extremely caring and kind and the food is absolutely wonderful. This feels like your small town home community. It just feels like a warm home environment. I would highly recommend Addington to anyone looking for independent to nursing care assistance.

My dad and mom, who are 95 and 94, moved to the Addington Place at College Harbor back in November of 2022 and were taken care of by a caring and dedicated staff of many people.

My dad stayed here for a few months after his stroke. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, and the grounds are beautiful. If you or a loved one in the area needs long term or short term care, this would be the place.

After being widowed in 2018, I took up independent living at the Addington being a snowbird from Bozeman Montana in the winter time. During that time at the Addington, I enjoyed a very nice apartment. Good service from all the personnel from housekeeping to the front desk to Maintance to Administration. The food was good And if the menu was not to your liking, there was always an alternative Entre or sandwich that would be offered. Activities were plentiful and the surrounding areas beautiful I highly recommend Addington @ College Harbour.

Finally had my Mom go into Assisted Living finally at age 92 and its in St. Petersburg on the bay! She is so happy and feels very comfortable there after just the first week! John, Royce, Ashley and her daughter are all like members of your own family! Floor nurses and staff and so helpful and positive. My Mom thinks she is a big deal now with her staff! Wonderful Place here in St. Pete!
