From the very first call to ComeBack Restoration I was at ease. Donald reassured me every step of the way and has been more than helpful. His staff were professional and respectful and took extra care and caution in my home. Not only did they properly protect my belongings but they cleaned up completely and left nothing behind. I would highly recommend anyone needing their services. You wont find a better company to work with. In an already stressful situation they calmed the seas. Thank you Donald and crew! I could not have asked for a better experience.

We had water leaking under our floor from our AC in our Pensacola home. I was fortunate to have been given the name of this company and contacted them. JJ, the Manager, came immediately to look at the situation. This was a Friday and he scheduled a team to come in the following Monday. But, to help mitigate our issues, he also had a worker come on the weekend and set up a heater, dehumidifier and fans. The crew started Monday, as promised, and was led by Mike, an excellent on site project manager. He was easy to work with and very well organized. The entire crew worked hard, was affable and very respectful of our property and pet. Mike expressed how they hated invading peoples' homes, but they were all so polite and thoughtful, I missed them when they were done and gone! Throughout the process, both Mike and JJ kept us well informed of what they were doing and provided rationale for each step. At the end of the first week, Don, the owner of the company, stopped by to look at our damage and see how the mitigation project was progressing. It made quite an impression that he cared enough to stop and visit our home, given that he was in the midst of working long, tiring weeks in the New Orleans area helping homes and businesses mitigate their Hurricane Ida damage. In summary, I was very impressed with Comeback Restoration and could not be more pleased with the effort and results. They are Responsive, with a capital R.
