My fiance and I were on the way to Pensacola for the 4th or 5th time but this time was different. We wanted to move here permanently. We talked about renting an apartment but thought if we want to be here permanently then why not look for a house. We had 5 days of vacation to try and connect with a realtor and look at a few houses. I got on Zillow and was connected with Vinny Matassa. I had worked with realtors in the past but none that really went out of their way to help me. This guy said lets get you approved for financing and start looking at houses while youre here. I thought he probably wont even call me back. To my surprise, not only did he call me back, he put me in touch with a great lender and sent me a few listings. Over the next few days of our vacation, Vinny sent more listings and set up a time to meet with us. On the last day of our vacation, we met with Vinny and looked at several houses. We fell in love with a cozy little townhome. We really liked it and thought it would be perfect for us. I thought I probably dont have a fighting chance to get this. I thought wrong! Vinny took the time to talk with us over lunch and said he would start negotiating for the townhome. We left Pensacola to go back home. Vacation was over. We kept in touch with Vinny and within the next couple of days and after a little negotiation we were on our way to being proud owners of a townhome!!! If it werent for Vinny Matassa, none of this would have been possible!!! He was awesome, worked around the clock to help us, and was available to us at all times. We love this guy! We can never thank him enough!!!
