My husband had an appointment he made 2 months ago, he called to change it the day before and got voicemail, he left a message, nobody called him back, he tried again and again at several times through out each day and got nothing but voicemail. Then he got a letter stating he was a no show and he owed $100. Finally someone named Ashley called because he owed money, he explained what happened, she said very rudely that the Doctor won’t waive the fee and they are usually too busy to check the voicemails but she is not arguing with him, the fee stands and hung up on him! I would give this place 0 stars if I could!

For years, I've thought highly of Dr Brown. She's been awesome when you get her 1:1 for your appointment. She would always listen and take the time to make sure your visit was complete. I'm just tired of the laziness and rudeness from her staff. On many occasions, it has taken multiple calls and follow-ups to get them to submit paperwork needed for insurance approval, or even just getting a prescription sent in. Should it really require 3 voicemails to schedule a single appointment? Absolutely not. My last appointment with Dr Brown was a remote one, around April 2021. She advised that I call in once my insurance changes were made and we could restart my medication. I've tried to call in multiple times for help, and her staff is on a power trip. If you rate your total wellness by the care you experience from a medical practice as a whole, this practice will stress you out and deliberately make things difficult.
