The 3% "convenience " fee was not mentioned before running my card. They attempted to charge an extra $10 for hot stones, yet the website advertises free hot stones. The attendant wanted me to give her a tip prior to receiving a massage.

Hands down the worst message Ive had in my entire life . Extremely unprofessional, didnt leave anything on my body covered, had me pay before receiving my service , was supposed to be a 45 minute message. Lasted 20 minutes, the lady left several times to answer phone or help someone who came in . Then had the nerve to ask for a tip while Im walking out the door! Save your money for something better . I went to Gulf Coast massage today. Parking was adequate but not abundant. The facility is nice and comfortable. The cost is not cheap but reasonable Tiffany was my massage therapist. She did a thorough professional massage especially on my back and neck. She speaks English well enough to communicate and understand what I needed. Overall this was a very good experience. And here are a few things we want to clear as follows.Firstly, We have employee's policy in store and one of them is "Don't ask for tips". We never allow therapists to ask for tips and we will dismiss the therapists who get three warnings. On the other hand , different spas have different rules, and our shop stipulates that we accept pay upfront and kindly generously tip our massage therapist.Secondly, we use the timer to make sure every customer receives exact service period. If you think the service time is short, you can always reach to our manager and we will investigate for you. Thanks for your business and feedback.
