They have been very helpful with explaining how the VA works. My ratings have been upgraded several times because of their knowledge, experience and help with how to use the system and how it works.

I have tried multiple times to schedule an appointment with this office you help with a VA claim. I have called and never gotten an answer, and I have tried to schedule an appointment online through their website, and never received a response.
I have had to utilize Okaloosa County's VA office in the past due to the unresponsive nature of this office. The customer service there is top notch, and should be an example to Santa Rosa.
