The employees were very polite and the wait wasn't long at all. They went right to work on my vehicle.

I dont know how to deal with cars and i politely said that because i needed help at this, the lady up front told me to step aside for someone else first of all. Then gets upset because I dont know what Im doing and asked for help. I needed to just get what I could get for a certain price (that was very manageable for what I needed and if I needed to cut a service out I was willing to). I was not trying to haggle and she made me feel so uncomfortable, just because I needed help with services and figuring out what would be best for my needs. I didnt bring my car to the back because I didnt know if I was supposed to after we discussed what I would be doing today or before. I hope this lady has the day she deserves, I deal with people all day and if someone simply has no idea, I explain and educate someone instead of being rude because they do not know. Thank you for your awful customer service.
