The Greystone Reserve Apartments

Peaceful and quiet community. Lived here for about 2 years now and still liking it. Maintenance addresses issues quickly which is always appreciated. My only concern so far is that the front gate has been broken for almost half a year now so it's not necessarily a "gated community" at the moment

The breeze ways and stair railings need to be cleaned on a regular basis. They are dirty and unhealthy. These issues have been brought up to management months ago to no avail. The front gate has been broken for several months now and when asked for the expected date of repairs, different people in management give different excuses i.e. "we are waiting for parts, or it's going to be done next week, etc, etc." This is a nice complex, but I wish my concerns would be taken seriously, since my opinions/comments are solicited in posts like this.

We have not been able to use or pool or any other amenities because they have been slowly claiming to redo the office and the pool area. Also supposed to installing new windows And sliding doors still yet to be done all the new sliding doors and windows are sitting in trailers on the complex haven't been touched for months. New windows and new sliding doors and now being added to the buildings. But breezeways are not being kept up need to be blown out and power washed more often. Sidewalks need to be power washed. And swimming pool area is finally finished.

The team here is phenomenal. I worked with them for a year and a half. You wont get top notch service like them from anywhere else. Rhonda is an incredible manager and will make sure to take care of you. I miss them all dearly.
