        Awful! We had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday and were told they forgot to load it in the truck. So we reschedule for Thursday. Now we are being told Thursday is full and we are being pushed to Friday. Absolutely awful customer service! Fix it

        We have a challenging time with the products we purchased at Lowes, however, Estes that transportation company that Lowes uses was fantastic. The staff at Estes Orlando Depot was extremely helpful and very very nice.

        Although communication with the company on the phone was a little strained in regarding to delivery method. I can not imagine not giving them 5 star review due to the delivery men. They were extremely helpful and kind. It was refreshing to have working men that were willing enough to lend a helping hand and make the process of delivery so smooth when it could have been very stressful and chaotic. Thank you! These two men deserve to be treated well by this company, and to held on to as kindness and professionalism is far fetch to find and hard to replace! - Labib Dental Aesthetics
