I have been filing my taxes myself for many years. For this year 2024 with all the new tax laws I felt uneasy and I felt I needed a professional, a face to face experience to get the most of my return. I must say this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. At prosperity they were patient, they took the time to educate me on tax related information I was not aware of. Explained the process and most importantly took the time to process all my information so that I would be able to get the best out of my return. I am grateful. Matt and his team are amazing! This is my second year filing with Prosperity! I was worried about my bill, he offers great rates and works on crunch time! Anddddddd I don't have to go anywhere to do it. I love that I can add all documents online and never step foot into the office, that's what made it complete!!!!
