Hello. I am sorry you had a poor experience, however, you are not being fully forthright regarding the entire story. After entering our premises and working with our typesetter in her office for more than an hour (at no charge) on an invitation, a person in your group then decides to mention that they just got out of the hospital from Covid.Our typesetter is immuno-compromised. After hearing this information, and after sitting next to the recently hospitalized individual in a small office for over an hour, our typesetter became upset that she had not been given this information when starting to work with you. Otherwise, she obviously would not have sat in close proximity to you in a small office. After asking the group to leave, (more than likely abruptly) as she is worried about her safety, you then call and yell at her on the phone, which she then hung up after a minute of being chewed out for being rude because she was not told about a Covid hospitalization? Yelling at an individual is not professional, productive, and would be construed as potentially rude. Not telling someone you were recently hospitalized due to Covid, immuno-compromised or not, is dangerous.Link Printing has a strong reputation in the area for service and quality. We have worked for years building that reputation, one customer at a time. We have thousands of clients and numerous positive reviews and we treat each customer with respect until they do not reciprocate, and we will continue to take care of our customers to the best of our ability. Again, I am sorry if our designer may have become rude or abrupt, but not providing the hospitalization information ahead of time is potentially putting her in far more danger; as her health is worth more to me than an project. I accept this negative review if it means keeping my employees safe.
