I highly recommend Vail Plumbing. They are my go-to plumbing company. Kathy in the office was very helpful and accommodating. Plumber Matt was very honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. One Saturday, we were putting in a sink and the pipe burst. The plumber came out within an hour. Very impressed!

Quoted almost $700 for toilet and installation- thats the discounted price. I purchased my own toilet at Lowes and they installed, but it was a very poor install. The entire toilet is crooked and leaking when they left. I called them back and they came the next morning tighten the bolt and said it was fixed and that it didnt matter about the toilet being crooked. I was told the problem was my fault because I bought a cheap toilet. They took no responsibility whatsoever. I am left with a mess. I feel they took it advantage of a disabled senior woman. Kathy, who answered the phone had zero customer service skills and zero patience. I had a neighbor check, and within five seconds he found the problem - a cracked tank. They shouldve found that crack when they came back to tighten the bolt. This turned out to be a useless, incompetent plumber.
