Fit 'n Prep - Meal Prep Services

The best meal prep service ever! We have tried over 8 different companies and there has always been issues (ex. Chicken too chewy, weird textures, not reheating well, flavor off, cheap ingredients, etc.) but Fit n prep has been fresh, and flavorful. I have ordered for 3 weeks so far and every single meal has been amazing. I plan to keep ordering.

I started using Fit n prep during the pandemic. I was lucky to sample some of the food that the team was preparing for us for work in another venture. And it was always the best. Whatever. The best pot roast. The best fried rice the best spicy chicken etc. I was looking to loose weight so I gave it a shot. Im still a happy customer almost two years later. The meals are always tasty and fresh. Always new things to try. That was one thing I didnt like about other meal services with what I liked it was always the same 6 meals. Best of all Im down 60lbs and they have helped me change my eating habits for the better. AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!

Love love love these meals! They are always super accommodating with tailoring my meals to whatever diet Im on and its such a weight off my shoulders not having to worry about cooking while in grad school. Never been in better shape with the help of Fit n Prep!

Ive been using fit n prep for a few weeks. I have been extremely happy with the service. The meals and variety are great. Ordering and delivery are a breeze. Fit n prep is helping me reach goals while reducing my stress, with them I dont have to worry about food! Give them a try, you wont regret it!
