Oscar and his son, Oscar II, came out to install three new bathroom faucets and a new toilet, and to fix our shower's hot water. They did a great job, were on time, gave an accurate quote, and cleaned up the work space before leaving. I highly recommend Oscar and Ocean Blue!

Wanted payment in full before beginning work, when I declined and offered 1/2 up front he never replied back. His business Ocean Blue Rooter is showing as permanently closed. Shady.

Price was great, of course theres a downside to cheap. Broken irrigation system, they didnt comeback to provide fill as promised. verbally agreed to replace sod but of course didnt. I would suggest using a more reliable contractor.

Run as fast as you can from this guy and his company! We hired him to do a new construction plumbing and septic/drain field. We had a contract stating an 1100 gal tank and he installed a 900 gal tank he was supposed to install cooper pipes and put pvc instead! After 1 month the drain field started failing and had to be redone! It cost us a fortune! This guy is a fraud and a giant con artist!
