My husband contacted Frantz at Cadet Home Improvement to get a large paint job done on our interior. Extremely unprofessional and tried to enter our neighborhood without even contacting us because he had left his tools there! Gate turned him away. We had to physically pick up all his tools and leave them outside a local Publix, because he kept harassing us. Don't know what's going on here but stay away! I had Frantz Cadet (Owner) of Cadet Home Improvement come to my house to give me a bid on a total home makeover. Upon arrival Frantz seemed very confident on his ability to complete this job and was telling me everything I wanted to hear. I paid Frantz a lot of money and got a lot of disappointment in return. This guy has a stole from me and my family, after looking him up on the Internet realizing he is a convicted felon I should have done a little more research and gone to somewhere more professional. I was very genuine and went above and beyond to even help Frantz on my own home projects. I was even having to go get the supplies to help everyday as it wasn’t managed well by Frantz. His only good review is a fake one and that is by his girlfriend. I wouldn’t come near this company with any projects ever again in my life. Come here if you want to get completely robbed blind and lied to. Frantz installed a water heater in our home without us even wanting it. We did not instruct him to install this as we had just wanted him to do simple handyman work in another bathroom. He charged us over $900 and the water heater leaked like crazy 2 days later. Got real plumbers out there who told us it was installed like a nightmare. Service: Water fixture installation
