Bad experience once again, I called by phone for a medication that I need and now the system sends you a voice message, because I left the message with the information they asked for and they never called back, today I left my information again and they They called, when I explained to the person who called me that I had called on another occasion and they did not return my call, he rudely told me that they did call me, uncertain, I checked my incoming calls and I don't have anything from that pharmacy, I She meant liar, the staff at that pharmacy are generally rude and hardly even look at you, not at all pleasant, there is one called Mary who doesn't make an effort to understand the customer, I'm seriously thinking of going to another pharmacy because the truth is that one doesn't He is willing to be treated badly. Suggestion, choose the staff who will work with the public and especially those in the pharmacy please if they have character problems, let them do something else, but do not mistreat customers.

Extremely rude pharmacy tech named Mary who purposely told me to pick up my prescription at a time where SHE KNEW the pharmacy would be closed for lunch. Absolutely no customer service AT ALL. She expects you to scream out your personal info and get mad when you try to be discreet. I was at the pharmacy window by 9:15am, and they open at 9, there is NO WAY someone should be treating others in such way, totally tried to project her nasty mood/bad day towards me. Thankful I was smart enough to know not to come at the time Mary said my medicine would be ready. I would have been waiting another 45 minutes SHM ridiculous. Update 2/16/24- Yet, another unbelievable experience at this pharmacy location, this time, my prescription was sent over since the week prior and when I go to pick up Mary and the other pharmacy tech (Hispanic lady) brushed me off rushing to tell me the prescription is not there EVEN though I told them that the automated system prompted me that my prescription was ready for pick up. So instead of doing their due diligence as an employee and as someone who is to help people, they brushed me off saying I have to call my doctors office. After confirming with my doctors office the prescription was sent, I got on the phone with the automated system which I put on speaker so they hear the system teling me to come pick up my prescription. She wanted to get slick and say she isnt listening to my phone call. Ummm of course you ARENT. Because you dont want to be proved wrong but one thing for sure. Everything that has to reported was reported. Very classless, ILLEGAL things thats going on at this location. I even had to call my insurance company because I was charged a fee for my medicine in which my insurance usually pays 100% of so I call my insurance and the representative was so confused as to why I had a copay she called the pharmacy HERSELF. thats when they proceeded to tell her about my last name was wrong in the system but whats disgusting is that they gave me the medicine, that does not have my name on it, its a discrepancy in the name, charged me a copay in which they knew I shouldnt have. Even got slick with my insurance carrier who will also be filling an INTEGRITY and FRAUDULENT complaint against them because the first thing the pharmacist did was huff and puff at her when she called. Very unprofessional because his whole staff was literally trying to argue with me instead of help me with my problem and he stood there in the background very nonchalant. So dont come to this pharmacy no one here is competent. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. They verified NOTHING WITH ME, CHARGED ME and I do not recommend AT ALL.
