Nayhibi is extremely helpful!! Very grateful to the store manager for helping me. It came in for a battery exchange due to warranty and the previous employee didn't enter my information correctly but luckily we were able to figure everything out. Will continue shopping with autozone. They were extremely polite and efficient.

To whom it may concern, WOW! I am very grateful and pleased with the Excellent Customer Service I was provided with by Jorge P. Jorge was very pleasant, courteous, caring and very helpful in addressing the problem I had with a set of windshield wipers I purchased on 03/23/2024. I am convinced that Jorge P. went Above and Beyond.to resolve the issue and I must state once again that I am very pleased and grateful for his assistance.
