      • Rickies Parrot Rescue And Sanctuary

        misdiagnosed my bird. Did no bloodwork and simply declared that his organs were shutting down due to age. Took him to another vet for a second opinion because he was getting worse. It turned out it was metal poisoning! She did no labsno X-rays! She is responsible for his death. She should not call herself a vet let alone an avian vet.

        The Bird Hospital is the very BEST They give full attention to each and every bird. Dr. Gwen Flinchum, Chris and the entire staff are amazing. There are not enough words to express all the Love they have. Ive bet taking my bird here for many years and would never go anywhere else. He is so Happy when he goes to the Bird Hospital. I just want to Thank them for all of their experience and knowledge and Love.
