CLRMARINE had the pump I needed. They send it to me via USPS, but the package arrived to CHINA (still there) instead of CHILE, my country. Many calls to useless answer machine, many emails but THEY DO NOT RESPOND. No sense of urgency, no answers after 15 days... not the repeat such bad experience. DO NOT BUY here !!!

CLR Marine is absolutely first class! I needed one of those oddball parts and Charles worked tirelessly to find the correct item(s) until successful. The whole time he sent me updates until the part(s) were located and on their way to me. Now that is service! I cant recommend CLR highly enough. Im now a dedicated customer of CLR!

Absolutely outstanding customer service even when not warranted! Extremely quick and responsive. I was completely responsible for the failure of my 2 step ladder and Charles took care of me. It wasnt expected, but is GREATLY APPRECIATED! I would definitely buy from CLRMarine again!

Ordered a bunch of hard to find items and everything was shipped in a timely fashion. Had trouble processing my location due to issues on the website. But it was all cleared up quick, and I was updated daily by Charles Reed. Very professional.....couldn't be happier with my experience.

I just have to say that the Customer Service that was provided by the team was absolutely phenomenal! I have never received the service that I did by CLR Marines!
