Over the past few years I have utilized the services offered by both father and son. (Jimmy III and Jimmy IV) Both are exceptional in their understanding of Florida Law, listening to our specific needs and following through in a timely and professional manner. They explain everything in detail, describe what to expect, and review various options and scenarios so I was fully prepared for anything that might arise during the process. The end result in each of these cases was even better than I expected. The Arnolds are men of their word and provide the unvarnished truth. I have dealt with other attorneys in the past that promise more than they can deliver, leaving the client disappointed, obligated to pay high attorneys fees and then nickel and dime you with unexpected additional fees, without the results they promised to deliver. The Arnolds dont operate that way. In other words, they charge a fair price and deliver results that exceed expectations, while communicating with their client throughout the process. I always felt that they truly cared about me and my family. I would not consider any other law firm for my legal needs and those of my family. I highly recommend Arnold Law for any trusts/wills, family court issues, criminal cases and anything else that might require legal counsel or representation. I have and will continue to trust them with all of lifes most important decisions that require legal expertise. They are both the best of the best. The front office staff and paralegals are top notch as well.

Jimmy is an outstanding attorney. I hired Jimmy to help me with DV charges I was facing. He had great communication though the entire process. Answered all of my phone calls, questions and concerns. As with any case, the outcome is not guaranteed, but he quickly came up with a plan to help me get the best results. My case got dropped!! Im hiring Jimmy again to help me get the case sealed!

Very personable and attentive. Stayed in contact throughout my case and got me the best possible outcome. Open and honest with any questions/concerns I had and helped me understand the legal process in my case. Highly recommend if you're looking for a well rounded lawyer.

As a Person, Jim Arnold, Senior, seems like a good man outside the office you tailgate with at Gator Football Games in Gainesville. He could not help me with my case due to legal challenges, but was kind enough to take time out of his day to explain things well and make recommendations to me as a Pro se litigant which was a plus. Hes expensive and want his money, but seems like a good Attorney. And his Staff seemed pretty friendly.
