Septic backing up and needed job done a.s.a.p. Called other companies and was able to get septic pumped out 2 days earlier than other companies I called. Wayne the owner actually came out and did the job. He was cov ering for his employee and that says volumes right there. Didn't tear up yard and patched it back up very nicely. Our septic sytem needed serviced. We had family staying with us and we needed it taken care of quickly. I called that morning and Wayne stated that he was booked solid through the day but could work me us in as an after hours call (this was on a Friday). He put us on the schedule. He later divulged to us that he had a bad case of food poisoning the night before and yet here he was taking care of his customers. The rates he charged were very reasonable and he took the time to explain how to clean our filter once a year. He is also putting a new cap on our system so that we can clean out the filter as he described more easily. He was honest, informative, and willing to do what it takes to take care of the customer. So glad we found this company. No need to look any further! Thank you, Wayne, for getting our household back up and running!
