A friend and I took a trip to Daytona Florida to visit with family, one of the things that we decided to do was drive to visit Sanity which is a little more than 100 miles each way from where we were. I have to say, I and my friend both are so very happy that we did! Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a smile and we both felt very comfortable with the staff that was helping to assist us with a huge selection of exquisite products! We both ended up leaving the store with multiple bags for our purchases! Not only did we purchase things that we wanted for our own use, but the selection was so wonderful that we both purchased gifts as well while we were there! I can not scream the praises from the highest mountain tops loud enough for you to understand how delighted we are with our experience with the staff, as well as the excellent quality of the merchandise that was available. While we were there, I purchased the last one of a patch that was available in the showroom so today I sent a text message to them asking if they might have anymore that just were not on the sales floor. Let me tell you, within MOMENTS the OWNER called me and we completed a phone transaction for the product that I wanted to be shipped to me as I am already home several states away! This is all on EASTER SUNDAY!!! EXCELLENT customer service does not even to BEGIN to even REMOTELY scratch the surface of description!!! In a world of small business being forced out of the marketplace, Sanity is an absolutely refreshing glimpse into the hope for us all that big corporate box business has not crushed our souls into the absolute vortex of greed and corruption that is driven by nothing more than profit. I will and have been telling absolutely any one that will hold still and listen how AWESOME the products and the PEOPLE at Sanity are! YES real ACTUAL PEOPLE!!! Not just another corporate machine, but real honest to goodness living breathing PEOPLE!!! I will continue to do business with Sanity for absolutely anything that they have to offer! And SO SHOULD YOU!!! Thank you Sanity, for not only the amazing products, and superb customer service, but for also a small moment that yielded a glimmer of hope for humanity itself! PLEASE, keep doing exactly what you are doing, you have absolutely gotten it 100% right! Every time I have talked to them they always get back to me ASAP, their products are top notch several of my Brothers and Sisters use them for their knife and jewelry needs, Its a breath of fresh air that a company actually cares about what they sell and how they treat their customers.
