Well, I guess I'm another review to call out their unresponsiveness. I made an appointment for them to come out the next day and they did not show and never reached out to me. I reached out to them with no response. I understand things happen, but let your customers know! So lousy. Service: Cleaning

We had an air conditioning issue and initially started working with the warranty company that sent out unprofessional and incompetent workers. I was referred to Ozono Air by my neighbor and THEY WERE AMAZING. Mario was a pleasure to work with... he was in constant communication with us. My other neighbors got their new unit also and was very happy. THANK YOU OZONO

No one showed up for the appointment I made. No one even bothered to call to let me know they werent coming. I had set an appointment for having my ducts cleaned. When I called them no one answered. I got their voice mail box twice, at two different numbers. Neither call was returned. Subsequent attempts to contact them were met with a notice that their voice mail box was full and unable to record a message. My appointment was for 3/30/2020 and still Ive never been contacted about this very very poor attention to a potential customer, which of course now Ill NEVER be. I'd rather have conveyed my discontent w/ them directly instead of writing a negative review. But when you won't even acknowledge my appointment OR my voicemails I feel this is my only recourse.
