Although rated as the fifth richest city per capita in the United States 2000 Census, Golf Florida is number one per capita in postgraduate degrees. Raborn Farm is a 20 acre piece of property located in the city It is a unique property with 34 ft elevation and an estate home that has been on the cover of Architectural Digest Magazine It had been a Horse Farm with stables and manager and trainer homes The golf course is excellent with Audubon Society Certification. My recent retirement party there was excellent with over 200 guests.
