Talked to this company about building an addition on our house. They said that sounded fine and they would be out in a week to do an estimate. Day of the estimate comes, and they are an hour late with no notice or anything. I call to see what's going on and they say "We are backed up right now so I won't be able to make it To do the estimate or do the actual job". A phone call would have been nice. I took the day off work to be home for the estimate. Thanks for nothing.
