Vincente our driver was friendly, helpful and courteous (5stars got him)and we had about a 30 minute wait to leave the airport that was a little longer than we would have liked but the drive to our hotel was great!

Get an Uber instead. Took an hour from pickup to the hotel and the driver asked us again which hotel we were staying at when we were the last couple on the bus. Coming home, they were an hour late, so we grabbed an Uber and gave a lift to a woman who had been waiting longer. I was shocked at how cheap the Uber was compared to the SS and how very much more pleasant the drive was. Also, called up customer service to book my daughters separate pickup and the rep was rude and unhelpful

Very easy to make reservations, to find them in the airport, and to work with the folks in Orlando. I had an excellent and easy experience. The drivers both ways were confident in their task and excellent at it. I highly recommended SuperShuttle in Orlando.
