We looking around for a vehicle. After visiting several car lots in the area as far down in Bradenton. We stopped in at gagels. We test drove a Mercury Mariner awesome vehicle we wound up making a deal. Great people there very friendly being a really good vehicle with a reliable with awesome people this is the place to go.

don't buy or go to this place, the office person named BILL is very rude and disrespectful, he just yells and makes fun of people he is a very unpleasant person. unfortunately the other people who work here are decent people

Im happy to share my 2 excellent experiences with Gagels Auto Sales and GM Bill Kent. In short, my purchase experience was as good as it could of been. I got the trade-in value I sought and Bill completed the sale of a GMC Envoy at the price point I needed. So I bought and remain happy. Then today, about a month later the ignition keys were lost and had to have the dealership cut new key. They the GMC Dealership started requiring certain documents that I didnt have and were not helpful at all. I was very displeased. I then called Bill for guidance on the matter. I put him on the phone with the dealership, he heard their issue, then solved it for them, for me. They could have helped of helped me as well but chose not to. Bill didnt hesitate and basically volunteered to resolve their issue for them. And he did. In the end, Bill and team at Gagels fixed/resolved this very frustrating situation, after the sale, on an out of warranty car. I can only fully and completely recommend buying from Bill and Gagels Auto Sales. Its rare to find good people doing good work and standing behind their product for their customer. Its been a real 5 star experience. Thank you Bill!
