        I called and presented myself early afternoon to pick up my vehicle. The doors were locked and the owner did not answer my calls or messages until late that night causing an extra charge for storage.

        Not knowing whats wrong with your car or having no idea how to fix it is one scare that can cause a worry so big, you freak out. Tonight, I was overwhelmed because I could not figure out what was wrong with mine. Then a wonderful man, Adam came to help me. He was very patient and kind. He quickly knew what the issue was and fixed it immediately. I was so happy that I started to tear up. He kept me calm and collected as he got my car all straightened out. You rarely see kind people in customer service jobs and I really appreciated his help tonight. Especially being it was almost 2am when he came to my rescue. Thank you again Adam for helping a mother in need. You deserve a raise!
