        When our family first moved into the condo, our HOA was in shambles. We were with Unique at that point. Bad situations within the neighborhood deteriorated the community atmosphere. As a result the HOA suffered. Our property manager at the time, Will, worked hard to restore faith in the HOA. Eventually he moved on and our current manager, Roger Kessler, picked up where Will left off. A few years later and the association is back on track with our reserves fully funded with required maintenance on the buildings progressing. Roger worked tirelessly on the association's behalf, advocating for positive change, and providing a vision for the association for the future. What was once in dire circumstances is now in a state of repair, well on the way to a full recovery. Roger, together with our association president, reunified our community where we are now neighbors again. Great job Roger!!!
