PERSONAL OPININION!! WENT I FIRST STARTED THE COME WITH THE TRUE ON EVERYTHING SPECIAL IN THE HOURS THAT YOU BE WORKING 50 TO 55 **GOOD PAY**FEEL LIKE FAMILY WENT YOU IN JOB**LIKE I SAY JOB NEVER BEEN HARD IS HOW YOU PROCEED AND FIND THE WAY OUT AND MAKE BETTER EVERYDAY

Very unprofessional and rude staff! I called and spoke with a woman over the phone to get an estimate for a 13x12 foot slab for our backyard. (Just an estimate, not an exact quote) This was the 5th concrete company that I called today and all of the others were so kind and professional. However the representative from this company was very RUDE! The woman answered the phone with an unprofessional attitude, and then she asked me for the dimensions. I told her the width/length and the total sq. footage needed. Then she stopped me and asked for the depth. This was the first time I was asked that question today. I told her it is for an outdoor patio and I was not sure. Then I kindly asked her what the options were. She immediately stopped me, snickered, huffed, and rudely said, Are you kidding me, you dont know what the depth is, what do you mean what are the options. Honestly at this point I thought she was joking around so then I said very nicely, are you serious? She then rudely said yes I am, and she began to say other rude comments. So I cut her off and said ok no thank you, you are very unprofessional. Before I finished my sentence she said yeah bye! Wow I have never in my LIFE experienced so much rudeness from a company over the phone! Sorry Maschmeyer Concrete but you need to either train her better, or find someone else. She lost your company a lot of business, and I have 3 more relatives that just moved here to FL that are looking for concrete jobs as well. I will not be sending them your way. Have a good day!
