I will update my review if they make it right. Two days in a row they were no-shows, which is frustrating when they give you a 3-hour time window to wait for a repair technician. I called them based on other people's positive reviews, so it's important to note that in my case they wasted my time.

I've used Geneva Appliance Repair services both for my client and for myself. There has never been an issue. They know what they're doing and are always prepared to solve the problem. I'm not going to call anyone else.
