These guys aren't like some of the more often advertised "Restoration" companies (begin with an "s"). Very professional, no pressure, free until you agree on a price. I trusted the two guys (Dez, Sheldon), who showed up at dawn. They under-promised and overperformed without fail. Within a few hours they had my water disaster under control and had me feeling relieved. Service: Water removal

I was very pleased with United Restoration when I was suddenly faced with flooding in my home due to a sewer problem. From the very first contact for help, the customer service was exceptional. They sent someone out right away and their technician, Logan Barcia, was very courteous and professional explaining what needed to be done and answered my questions. Logan's follow up and keeping me informed was exceptional until the job was completed. Thank you, United Restoration, for your help & I will certainly refer you to my neighbors and friends. We had water damage due to a leaky tub stop. I called and they had someone come out, the same day. Logan Barcia was polite, thorough, and explained his findings to us, completely. I was very happy with his service and will make sure to ask for him again, should we ever need to. Thank you Logan, for being a great worker!
