If I could give negative stars I would. Not only was the doctor rude and very uncaring was quoted a price and gave the o k and then charged almost two hundred dollars over that. They ran unnecessary tests taking advantage of a teenager with her sick dog. I'm absolutely disgusted by this practice

I took my dog for deworm. They charge me 75 dollars for an exam because I am a new client. But the report I got did not even say what kind of exam they did just a word healthy. I dont know what exam they gave my dog cost 75 dollars. And also 35 dollars for fecal test and again not even explain in the report. And people there kept on recommending there products to customers. It didnt look like a reliable vet.

My wife and I just had the worst experience at the East clinic. First of all they refuse to take appointments. I knew that going there as Ive been going there for over 10 years. This is somewhat frightening as you have no idea what to expect before you get there or how long it will take. This time it was hell. We got there and waited standing for over an hour trying to calm our dog. The lobby was packed with shivering dogs crying and panting. No water for the animals and no bathrooms for the customers waiting. They locked both and only exit doors surely violating fire codes with a full lobby. The worst part of all of this is that they didnt even give our dog the medication he needed. They said oops, can you bring him back in, it will only take few minutes. After being there for over a hour I couldnt bring myself to torture him even further as he was back in the car already very traumatized. They were more concerned about trying to sell me more products and redundant tests versus the well being of the pets and their owners. I definitely will not be going back to this clinic and I recommend you stay away as well.

Been taking my pets here for 7 years. Staff is friendly, well informed, and prompt. Highly recommend!
