VA HOSPITAL, GNV

The wait for this patient is to long the service is very poor and the nurses in the ER don't use gloves is unsanitary the patient very sick left in the waiting room with pain and suffering and no attention. And then the doctors don't flow Hippa because they tell the patient all results and info in front of everyone.

I guess it's customary for them to hang up every time you call. You can't get ahold of an operator, a doctor, nobody. I'm trying to reschedule my husband's appointment and nobody will answer the phone. The workers are getting paid for sitting around doing nothing. Do we really have to drive to the VA hospital to schedule an appointment and talk to somebody? It's like they want the Veterans to die so they don't have to pay compensation. What a joke of a system this is... Pathetic. Does anybody know where I can file a complaint? Edit: they took away my husband's outsourcing care which paid for him to go to a local urgent care if needed, see a mental health counselor, and other services outside the VA. This is not surprising but still breaks my heart for my husband. This is beyond infuriating and unethical.

2-27-24 Upper GI clinic. Aside from 30+ minutes to find a parking spot and the entire hospital computer system being out for 3-4 hours in the morning and appoints being late because of that (not their fault) I had excellent care during my upper GI procedure. It would have been nice though, when I checked in, for the person to inform me how backed up they were. I only found out about the backlog because people in the waiting room were talking about it. The prep and post nurses were very good, I was kept warm and comfortable. The nurses in the procedure room were also excellent and the doctor was thorough with questions before the procedure. I received a call the next morning to make sure I was ok.

They hide your medical problems they lie to your face my husband was flown to another hospital cause they wouldn't even send his records they were the cause of my husband's death do not see these doctors they are out to kill the veteran they could care less or they are just uneducated doctors run from Florida VA my husband had top notch care in Ohio moved back home an they are dumb down God help the Veterans I am praying for the rath of God on every doctor who touched him an hiring a lawyer also he was sent to his death.
