        A great experience all around including with the great office staff as well. Dr Koppel is an amazing knowledgeable Doctor with great bedside manors. He gets to the point quickly & makes you feel comfortable with your diagnosis etc. His sense of rye humor is a big plus for me. My leg issues have improved immensely in a very short period of time. I HIGHLY recommend a visit especially if you have been putting it off like I did.

        They were the worst of doctors and nurses in that place and they didn't have any compassion for any of their patients that were sick and couldn't make it to the appointment they just went ahead and put a bad credit report on them I gave him one

      You no showed for a procedure and didn’t notify us and were charged for this. 7 years ago. Your lack of respect for our generous cancellation policy is why you were charged.

      As my staff tried to explain we are not in network for your insurance. They were extremely polite and even gave you the names of offices who were in network. We have no control over you seeing our name listed in your book as being in network. I’m not sure how you can find that rude but we would hate to have you come in and be responsible for a big bill. Because if you give a two star review for going over the top for trying to help you out when they didn’t have to, I would hate to see your review after you came in and walk out with a large out of pocket payment.
