        YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK! Its also very annoying to have to sign in through Facebook because it makes it very difficult to change system sign-in when you use a different Facebook account! ALSO please please phase out the tokens, they are the dumbest system in the world when you eventually allow people to ask for more.

        the stuff they give is not even similar to exams or helpful plus they try to be quirky and different hahhah our problems are about drinking we r so cool like... no ur cringe

        Is not worth the price, most videos are being reused from previous semesters. They have in person reviews but so do the courses themselves at UF. Front desk workers are unwelcoming and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking questions. They also charge you $25 for a refund which I have never paid for a return for a service or product. Bottom line they are robbing students who are typically in financial hardships as it is. Id recommend using school tutors who will take their time for your individual questions.

We encourage feedback from our students like yourself, which is why we have already gone ahead and removed our application from the App Store earlier this year. We are working diligently on a new application and platform for our program to utilize, and cannot wait to share its update features for logging in and accessing via application for students. Our token system is never meant to limit our students when it comes to studying.       Hi Sabrina,We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. Study Edge offers tutoring that is specifically designed to follow the curriculum of UF courses to teach you exactly what you need for exams, quizzes, homework, etc.  Delivering excellent customer service is one of our core values and is something that we take very seriously.Our membership structure is similar to that of a gym or streaming service, where you get charged once a month for your subscription. A lot of students use our services for multiple semesters in a row. We do not automatically cancel anyone’s membership because we would never want to interrupt a student’s studying regimen.Because of this, we are able to offer refunds for when accounts are not cancelled.  We offer full refund on a gift card to use our services a different semester, or we can a 50% credit card refund.  This is because we incur significant costs internally for processing the account, the original transaction, and the reimbursement request.If you have any other feedback for us, we would be happy to discuss with you over the phone or you can shoot us an email at [email protected].
