Im a little frustrated with this location. My family and I went in to get my kid their first birthday bear, and the blonde girl that was helping us didnt really care to explain how to do it even though we told her it was our first time so we asked another worker, a sweet girl with dark brown or black hair and the blonde girl snipped at her rudely for helping us. The blonde girl was too busy talking to Vinny the security guard when we asked the other girl for help. Other than that she was nice but it didnt seem like she was actually being nice. We were wanting to put our childs pacifier into the birthday bear but she made us cut it and said it wasnt allowed even though its online everywhere, and that really sucked because it was her first ever pacifier. If its really a rule then whatever but if not , Im really frustrated. Please get better customer service and learn how to speak to customers. This was on 2-9-24

Morgan, sales associate at build a bear, made the entire experience so fun and memorable. She is great with kids!!!

Great experience for my kids and I, they loved building their own personal friends. Prices are reasonable and the customer service was great.
