Update: The district manager Jessica called me today, and apologized for the issue, she was understanding and amazing, she said she would exchange the Vape for me ! I came back today and they did, it wasnt her fault, it was the people that were managing, I am very happy with her ! Now I can vape and change my vape at the same time and honestly thats all I wanted, thank you !
