      image LOVED this place!! I came in to find a new septum ring & the owner was so kind!! She helped me pick out one that would fit, look good, & be comfortable. The whole vibe was wonderful & I always love a clean, comfortable setting. Cannot recommend this hidden gem enough!!

      image highly disappointed. they were very nice people but the way this has been handled or lack thereof, is frustrating to say the least. my tattoo looked great for the first week of getting it then it went completely down hill from there.
      i havent received an email back or a phone call back.

      Hi Cheyenne. I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm usually very responsive. I just saw your picture. That spot is notorious for fading. If you'd give us another chance, we would make things right with you. I did recently switch over to a new email service. I'm still getting used to it. I'm so sorry that your email slipped through the cracks. Please text me at 352.301.0752 so we may clear up anything. All tattoos get one free touch up within six months of its needed. The fading isn't your fault by any means. The spot is just a tough spot to heal. Sometimes healing is out of our control, and yours in spots like feel and hands. Now, I only see the one email from you. I don't have any other messages in any of our other socials, or on the shop phone. I did respond to your email very late last night via text and email.
