Excellent realtor. Very nice/personable and extremely easy to get along with and work with. Will do 3D photos and drone shots to sell your home. Used easy/fast electronic document signing. Goes above and beyond to help you get any needed repairs done, including for instance a new roof, with her personal connections. She communicates well, usually via text, and keeps a tight schedule with the sale of a house. She is a specialist in the housing market in the city of Gainesville but very knowledgeable about the market in other cities as well, especially in Florida; and will give you connections to good realtors in other cities. She is also a Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider.

Tina and Justin are amazing. We bought and sold together and closed on both homes on the same day. No matter how stressed I got, they were there to talk me down. Weve been living in our new home for a week now and are so happy and thankful everything worked out.
