Excellent customer service, I'm very happy with the outcome of my photo's. I was late to my session and missed my allotted time frame. Miquela worked me in and still was so nice and professional. Thank you

We have been getting our family photos here for over 17 years. It's kind of a nostalgic, 1990s vibe to get "portrait studio" photos these days, but we are always please with the result. It seems like a lot of people do bespoke outdoor photo sessions with individual photographers, but we've found that the portrait studio process works really well for our family. We like the ease of scheduling, familiarity with the location, and prices that are very reasonable (they are always running promotions).

This was a bait and switch operation. There was no transparency in the price, until I was seated and almost done taking the pictures. The price online suggested $6.99 for standard pictures; one would not have expected 10X the price for a digital option. Even at that, I was told $60 when the pictures were taken. However, when I got to the register, there was an extra $15 "session charges." If this is not the "used-car salesman technique," I don't know what is. My total ended up being about $80. When compared with the picture I took with my iphone, there was not much difference
