If I could, I would give no stars. My daughter hired this law firm and her attorney did not communicate with her at all about the case. When my daughter made several attempts to contact the attorney, she was not answered by her attorney so, she requested a new attorney in the firm. Soon after her case was dropped by the firm. We called the attorney's office complaints department with NO results. We even asked to speak with Mr. Morgan himself but was told we couldn't. Most clients come from reviews and word of mouth. This case in my opinion was handled very unprofessional.

So far we have gotten it's the best experience from you at Morgan & Morgan. We are looking forward to moving into the settling part as soon as possible I'm still undergoing treatment with Florida spine and they are taking care of both me Edward Murray and my fiance Mary Teresa rice as we were both involved in the accident when we were rear-ended on January 1st. Looking forward to speaking with our attorney in regards to resupplying us the money to replace the vehicle that was destroyed that has hurt us financially and that State farm has sent to InstaLoan and we did not get any settlement except for the money out of our pocket to buy another vehicle so that needs to be addressed as soon as possible so that that money can be put back in our account and we can proceed forward and settling in our new place that we actually lost our old place with because of this accident. Jacob Barrow and his team were great! A little over a year back, I was rear ended by a negligent driver. My injuries wound up causing permanent damage to my neck and shoulder area. Jacob and his team worked very hard on my case and also keeping me informed and calm when the bills started rolling in. My insurance did not want to pay the coverage I had been paying them for over 35 years. This team got what was due to me from both my insurance company and the parties insurer that caused all my issues. This was my first ever accident and I pray my last.
