Dr. Sappington is heaven sent, to say the least

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Sappington and her team. As an adult, I have never received any orthodontic treatment before. Even though I was going into it in the dark, I decided that I wanted to begin the process of brightening my smile. Scheduling the first appointment couldnt have been any easier, and I was able to meet with Dr. Sappington very soon after I requested the appointment. During my consultation, I was blown away by how thorough Dr. Sappington was with the explanation of her recommendations as well as the process of receiving treatment. It was quite clear that Dr. Sappington knows her stuff inside and out, and I knew that I was going to be in great hands. From there, I was able to schedule my appointment to begin treatment. If there was only one word I could use to describe Dr. Sappington and her team, that word would be efficient. It is obvious that Dr. Sappington treats her staff extremely well and its clear that the team works so well together. Of course, though I am sure it would be obvious without being said, Dr. Sappington is extremely kind and welcoming! I appreciate the fact that she truly tries to get to know and become a warm smile for each of her patients. If you are in search of a superior orthodontic treatment, you are sure to find it with Dr. Sappington!

This orthodontics office is very professional and has a great calm environment. Dr. Sappington is always ready to thuroughly answer my questions, and the care I've received has been great. I'm getting braces for an underbite situation, and the progress has been steady and very visible. I am super happy with the services provided and the friendly/patient staff.
