Misty is hands down the best! We bought our first house with her help and don't think it would have been possible without her. She is super thorough, and really experienced at demystifying the homebuying process for newcomers. We had a lot more confidence in the whole process with Misty in our corner. She helped us qualify for a state program to aid in our down payment, and worked through several scenarios to get us the best possible rates we could qualify for.
