Ryan helped me buy my home while I was still in Japan. He was considerate of my time and was very responsive when I needed him. I felt he was honest during the negotiations and not just focused on what he would get out of the deal. He worked well with my Lender and there were no snags with the Sellers. Ryan Swanson was great with assisting our first house purchase. We are new to the area, and he arranged 6 houses for us to tour on a Saturday. He was able to answer all our questions and is knowledgeable about the area. During the escrow period, he was available and responsive via text to any questions that we had. He also checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. He attended the inspections for us since we weren't in town. I would definitely recommend Ryan to people who are looking for a place in the Dunnellon/Ocala area.
