I found Saveela through a friend of mine who recommended her services. I appreciate how thorough and efficient she was as my realtor. She organized photos, had them posted, and the next week, I had 7 showings and 3 offers. I was a bit anxious about selling my first property, but she made everything very easy for I appreciate her hard work and highly recommend her services.

Team Saveela and Ace did an outstanding job in helping us sell the house in record time. They had regular open houses and conducted timely showings that helped accelerate the selling process. They were also very involved in negotiation with the buyers and in all aspects of closing. They were friendly, responsive and kept us apprised by providing regular status updates. Team Saveela and Ace were all around simply amazing! We were selling and buying at the same time. They made the whole process seem so effortless. And with the purchase of our new home, they were just as amazing making it nearly stress-free. They made sure the builder was completing all of the details that we were concerned about. Saveela is an exceptional negotiator who worked hard to get us the best price possible at the best interest rate.
