They have bad service, my appointment was at 11 in the morning and it was 12:06 and they still hadn't called me to provide the service.

Hospital and day week nurses were great. My husband had brain surgery. Upon discharge I was told meds would be brought to the bedside, they were not. No one to take him out so I had to wheel him to the car and get him in. I was told I had to go get the meds next door at cancer hospital. I get there it's closed. Now I was told go to next hospital, children's pharmacy. Ok, all this time he's in the car. I get there, they don't have the meds. They will try and pull script. If not I would have to wait until a neurosurgeon can send another one. Could be hours. Are you kidding me. The worse discharge I ever seen. And finally only 4 days pain meds for brain surgery. Dr friedman did a good surgery day nurses great but don't get discharged on the weekend.

My stay at Shands for surgery could not have been better. The hospital, my team of doctors, nurses and staff took excellent care of me. Based on the care I received for a tumor in the middle of my head, I highly recommend Shands!

I truly wish they'd get it together here. I was called out of blue and pretty much badgered by some woman who didn't know what she was talking about or why. Please, learn to diagnose someone before trying to take away their right to happiness. The phone call did nothing more than make me want to call a lawyer.
