I have been a patient of Dr Rodriguez and Joanne for over 3 years. They have always worked with me getting me in when needed if its an emergency. They take the time to listen to my concerns and numerous health issues , and then go out of their way to help me get the referrals needed to navigate the specialized diseases insurance process. They go out of their way to make me feel human not like I am simply a number to check off to meet the client quota for the day.

I'm 69 years old and needless to say I've been to a few Drs in my life. Dr. Rodriguez is exceptional Dr. Who cares so much for her patients. She will go the extra mile to listen to you and never disregards your symptoms and always offers additional help if need be. You can see that she loves her profession and helping people. She treats you like you are a member of her family. I can't express enough how much i appreciate how much she has helped me personally. I will never go to another DR. For my needs, and i have many illnesses. I can only thank her and her professional staff for making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The office is welcoming i strongly recommend need family Care to anyone looking for great Drs

Ive been living in Gainesville for six years now and from my very first appointment they made me feel comfortable and like family. Dr. Tseng & Dr. Rodriguez are the best!!!

I moved here from Illinois back in June 2023 and was referred by a friend of mine to this practice. Dr Joanna Tseng is a really good doctor. It takes me a while to get comfortable with the doctor. I felt very comfortable with her and she knows what shes talking about and she gave me a lot if great advice in some of my health issues I would definitely recommend her

I've gone to Med family care for two years now seeing Dr. Rodriguez. I really love her and she is really great, but I rarely get to see her. Now when I go anytime I make an appointment I only see the PA and she is always rushed. Not only that, but they never get anything done that I asked them to do. They can't schedule an MRI or even look at one. They put the wrong referrals in if they even do them at all. The front desk is extremely unorganized and it's honestly ridiculous. I just got off the phone with the front desk today and they were extremely rude to me and arguing with me that they did not send the wrong referral when they did. I was actually shocked at how rude they were. It's just very upsetting because you really do get the bare minimum of care there. I am switching to a new doctor as soon as possible. I'm so upset.
